Organization Gas Services Business Unit Central Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Early Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As the Manufacturing Specialist, Level 2, you will work hands‑on in a safe, climate‑controlled manufacturing environment to build high‑quality turbine generator components. Your day includes assembling and fabricating parts, using a variety of tools and machinery, and ensuring each component meets strict quality standards. You'll collaborate with teammates who take pride in craftsmanship and contribute to a long‑standing tradition of excellence in our Fort Payne facility! How You'll Make an Impact
  • Perform hands‑on assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing of turbine generator components.
  • Use a variety of hand tools and machinery to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precision and consistency.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting team production goals. What You Bring
  • High school diploma/GED is required; technical training or manufacturing certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a hands‑on manufacturing or assembly role, ideally within the energy or industrial sector is preferred.
  • Skilled in operating hand tools and machinery with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
