Production Operator•2nd Shift (Walk-In Interviews Available) Plasman•Fort Payne, AL Plasman is actively hiring Production Operators , with a primary focus on 2nd shift positions . We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to support our manufacturing operations and help stabilize our growing workforce. Tuesdays:

2:00 PM•4:00

PM Wednesdays:

9:00 AM•11:00 AM Applications and interviews are conducted during these times only. Position Overview The Production Operator plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Shift Availability Primary Need:

2nd Shift (2:00 PM•10:00 PM) Must be flexible to work overtime, including early start or extended hours, based on production needs Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team productivity and meet production targets Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance and reliability Willingness to work overtime as needed Why Join Plasman?
