Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Heat Press Operator to join our production team in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We're a high-volume custom headwear and apparel company with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and precise print placement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience pressing hats and apparel in a fast-paced production environment and understands the importance of detail, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Operate commercial heat press equipment for hats, apparel, and other branded products Ensure accurate and consistent logo and design placement on all items Prepare garments, hats, and transfers for production Monitor temperature, pressure, and timing settings for optimal results Inspect finished products for quality control and consistency Maintain production speed while upholding high-quality standards Organize and prioritize workflow to meet daily production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area Work closely with the production team to ensure order accuracy Qualifications Previous experience operating commercial heat press equipment required Experience specifically pressing hats and apparel strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, especially with print alignment and placement Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and handle production materials throughout the day Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team What We Offer Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Fast-paced and creative work environment Opportunity to work with a growing custom headwear and apparel brand Competitive pay based on experience Location This is an on-site position at our Gulf Shores, Alabama location.
