Staffmark is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member. This hands-on role supports various areas of production including shipping, post-paint processing, and louver assembly. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoy working in a team setting, we want to hear from you! What Gets You Hired Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers, caulk guns) Ability to read work orders and take precise measurements Must bring your own tape measure Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
