In this role, you will be working with specialized vinyl and plastic components-specifically assembling, measuring, and preparing custom gaskets and seals for major household appliances and automotive brands. Responsibilities:
Precision Assembly:
Securely join and seal corners of plastic and vinyl gaskets according to customer blueprints.
Quality Inspection:
Measure gasket and magnet lengths to ensure they perfectly match the work instructions.
Finishing & Packaging:
Trim excess material and safely pack finished products so they are ready for shipping.

Working hours:
5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Manufacturing or Warehouse Experience:
Prior experience in a production, assembly, packaging, or factory environment is a plus (but not required).
Hand Tool Proficiency:
Experience using basic hand tools, such as utility knives, shears, or trimming tools, for clean finishing work.
Blueprint or Schematic Reading:
Ability to follow basic visual work instructions, diagrams, or spec sheets.
Pace and Nimbleness:
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle repetitive assembly and trimming efficiently.
Quality Control Mindset:
A history of working in roles where checking your own work for defects or measurement accuracy was required.
Education:
No Degree Required Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Advanced Tape Measure Skills (A Must): You must be able to confidently read a tape measure or ruler down to the 1/16th and 1/32nd of an inch.
Basic Math:
