You'll be: Loading catalyst substrates onto coating machines and production lines Cleaning coaters, dryers, and other production equipment Operating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Performing general housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment Packing substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issues Following work instructions and product specifications in the Prep Department Adding raw materials to vessels or blending tanks, setting controls, and monitoring processes Weighing, dumping ingredients, adjusting controls and valves, and transferring slurries as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (preferred) Are comfortable operating machinery and performing physical tasks, including lifting and handling materials Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Can follow written work instructions and product specifications accurately Demonstrate reliability and a positive work ethic What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
