skills training Job Responsibilities Operates machinery and production equipment on small electronic parts in preparation for further production activities Monitors and adjusts production process to ensure product specifications are met Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to health and safety regulations Performs proper documentation through assigned stages of production Performs quality checks and inspections Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Monitors inventory levels and inform management of low stock or supply needs Completes assigned training tasks Performs other job-related duties as assigned Job Requirements High School graduate (or equivalent) preferred Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role helpful Ability to work with and process small components by hand Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to operate machinery and equipment Ability to learn how to process a variety of electronic parts, including, but not limited to inspection, manipulation, orientation, tinning, re-balling, lead forming, marking, taping, scanning, quality review, etc. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail to ensure all parts are processed according to designated specifications with minimal error or defects Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to manipulate very small materials by hand Ability to work steadily for long periods of time Apply Now!
