Job Summary:

ELCO is seeking a detail-oriented DTF Print Operator to manage and operate Direct-to-Film printing equipment. This role requires a focused individual who can work independently, manage multiple software systems, and maintain consistent production quality. After training, the operator will be responsible for running up to two machines simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Operate DTF printing machines for daily production Manage and navigate multiple software systems used in the printing process Perform routine and daily machine maintenance Monitor print jobs to ensure quality and consistency Stay on task and maintain steady workflow with minimal supervision Assist with general DTF team tasks as needed

Physical Requirements:

Standing for full 8-hour shifts Frequent bending and squatting Light lifting (typically under 5 pounds) Occasional assistance with team lifting/carrying (25-30 lbs), not primary duty

Work Environment:

Warehouse production setting Medium-paced workflow requiring focus and consistency Combination of machine operation and computer/software use

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently after training Basic understanding of technology and software systems Ability to move between multiple programs efficiently Previous print or production experience preferred
