We supply major automotive OEMs and distributors across the U.S. and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing production team. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment for coolant and brake fluid manufacturing Assist with blending, filling, packaging, and labeling operations Safely load/unload raw materials and finished products (forklift or manual handling) Prepare products for shipment (palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging for pickup) Maintain inventory accuracy by recording material movement and reporting discrepancies Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and safety Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized in compliance with OSHA standards Support team members with flexible tasks as needed in a small-team environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse/logistics preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained and certified) preferred Strong teamwork, reliability, and safety awareness Willingness to handle multiple roles in a small but growing operation Work Schedule Full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime may be required based on demand) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience) Overtime pay eligibility Health insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match Career growth opportunities in both production and logistics How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed.
