Job Description

Position Summary:
Coordinate, monitor, and perform specialized processes/related functions in an automotive manufacturing environment directly related to MIP and KPI reportingand control within Engine PC.
Essential Functions:
Provide accurate production and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports daily or as assigned within deadlines to management. Maintain accuracy and data integrity of production reporting systems (MES, ALC, SAP, other). Continuously streamline Engine Process Control functions, areas of responsibility, and overall operations. Communicate Engine Production Control requirements to all other departments. Identify, analyze, and resolve plant-wide issues with an emphasis on root cause analysis and countermeasure. Support other departments to meet overall company objectives. Provide a high level of customer service to all teams. Actively promote teamwork and contribute to the accomplishment of company objectives. Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. Team Member may be required to handle hazardous wastes which may include identifying, inspecting, packaging, labelling, and moving waste in compliance with RCRA regulations. Relevant training will be provided if assigned these job duties. Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or job relatedexperience desired
Related Experience:
0 - 10 years job related experience desiredSkills /
Knowledge:
Word Excel PowerPoint Access SAP
Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
