What You'll Do:

As a Finished Goods Specialist, you'll play a key role in warehouse and production operations by: Operate robotic palletizing equipment for finished coffee and tea products Stage finished goods for shipping or place inventory into warehouse storage Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently Monitor robots to keep production running and avoid downtime Enter production runs and inventory information into the system Remove finished product from robotic lines and place into inventory Communicate with coffee and tea production operators throughout the shift Assist with damaged product, reboxing, and cleanup as needed Complete required paperwork and production records Assist with other duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Stand-up forklift experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years of job-related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and inventory tracking skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
