Get paid weekly What will you do? Make an impact! Join Aaron Oil as a Sludge Processor and play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for hands-on workers who enjoy working in an industrial setting and want to build experience in environmental services and plant operations. Key Job Responsibilities Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing materials in the pit area Sample and handle materials from various trucks, including vacuum trucks and tanker trailers Monitor and control the flow of materials to support smooth plant operations Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required production paperwork Keep work areas clean and inspection-ready at all times Assist with tank cleaning, equipment upkeep, and reporting maintenance needs Other duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or GED Experience in an industrial or plant environment is a plus Able to work the assigned schedule consistently Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on role Basic ability to read, write, and understand English Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow all EHS guidelines What's in for you?
