Manufacturing Associate Dayshift

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs repetitive line assemble operations to mass produce HVAC and industrial refrigeration units. Lay out, position, align, and fit parts of structural metal products Assemble copper coils Assemble sheet metal Maintain a clean and safe work area. Performs other related duties and assignments as required. All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production. Wire insert boards according to wiring diagrams Connects pre-wired components to unit Connects wire insert boards to unit Other wiring necessary for unit to function Other tasks assigned by team lead or supervisor Maintain a clean and safe work area. Prepares units for safe shipment from production facility to customers after quality check is done Performs a final visual check Attaches paneling, final brand stickers, shipment warning stickers Responsible for maintaining stock of necessary shipment supplies Other tasks assigned by team lead or supervisor Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ensure that production line has parts necessary for production Gathers parts from warehouse after receiving an order or when the line is getting low Restocks production line with parts collected from the warehouse Other tasks assigned by team lead or supervisor Maintain a clean and safe work area.
