Grinder / Finisher - Aluminum & Bronze Castings

Job Summary About the Role We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our foundry team as Grinders/Finishers . You will be cleaning up and finishing aluminum and bronze castings using belt grinders and air die grinders. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required — we will train the right people who are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn! Responsibilities

• Grind, finish, and remove excess material (gates, risers, parting lines) from aluminum and bronze castings
• Operate belt grinders, air die grinders, and other hand tools to achieve smooth surfaces and proper dimensions
• Inspect castings for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, dust mask/respirator, etc.)
• Work as part of a team in a foundry setting
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Lift and handle parts up to 50 lbs Qualifications
• No experience needed — we provide full training
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Must be 18 years or older

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
