Production Assistant

At Skyline, production is where everything comes to life. This role is a critical part of our operation, supporting the team that produces thousands of garments each week for businesses, events, and brands across the region. You won't be stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll learn how a professional apparel shop runs and play a key role in making sure every order leaves our building clean, correct, and on time. What You'll Do Quality control (QC) on printed garments Folding, stacking, and preparing orders for delivery Assisting press operators and embroidery team as needed Keeping workstations clean and organized Jumping in wherever the team needs support What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and be flexible Team-first mentality Reliable and consistent Someone who takes pride in doing the small things well Why Skyline Great entry point into apparel production Opportunity to learn multiple departments Clear path to grow into more specialized roles
