Basic Job Functions:
The Finishing Lead Person will assist the Supervisor and the crew in all areas of the day to day operation of the crew. They will take a leadership position at all times in the areas concerning Safety, Quality, Yield, Housekeeping, and Productivity. The Lead Person will be expected to have or gain a working knowledge of every position on the crew, including the Supervisor. An NYS Lead Person must be willing to accept the responsibilities of a lead position and expected to always maintain a high level of performance and leadership. This position will work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. [[cust_safetyState]]
Minimum Requirements:
Working knowledge of the Finishing, Roll Mill, and Roll Shop processes.
