Primary responsibilities may include and are not limited to: Requirements Pulling and Packaging Orders Managing/Restocking Inventory Manufacturing of Architectural Products (Wood, PVC, Urethane)

Compensation:

• Starting Wage
• $14.50 Per Hour ($11.50 Base + $3 Commission)
• Quarterly Bonus
• Earn up to 5% Bonus ($0.70 per hour) each Quarter for excellent and consistent performance across these same Lead Time, Productivity, and Quality Scores.
• Commission
• Based on Attendance, Productivity, Lead Time, Order Quality
• Tenure Raises
• $.

25 Increase every 3 Months for Initial 2 Years, and every 4 Months for Years 3 and 4.
