Production Worker

Production Worker Fort Smith, AR 72908 From $20 an hour - Temporary, Part-time From $20 an hour - Temporary, Part-time We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker for a temporary assignment in a highly regulated production environment. This role involves working with raw materials and chemicals, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and strictly adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and measure raw materials accurately according to blend sheets Operate in compliance with safety standards, including wearing a half-face respirator and other PPE Assist with preventative maintenance and report any production-related issues Maintain a clean and safe work area, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Work with materials such as silica, cement, fly ash, and various chemicals Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 2-3 years of experience in a production or industrial setting Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Must meet grooming standards for respirator use (clean facial seal required).
