Growing modern manufacturing operation is partnering with Staffmark in Little Rock to hire Painting Operators. A background working in heavy industrial production and/or auto body repair using skills in sandblasting, painting, and/or metallization techniques highly desired! The day begins. You step in with purpose. Here's what it takes to succeed with us. High School Diploma or Equivalent required Technical Certifications in related field preferred Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working in production sandblasting (automatic/manual) and/or high-pressure painting with use of commonly used machinery, tools, and equipment required. Familiar with metallization processes preferred. Auto body sandblasting, metallization and/or painting background desirable Continuous Improvement knowledge is preferred Experience using computerized work order systems is preferred Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety and high-quality workmanship Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently or collaborate in a cross-cultural team setting Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday-Friday 1 st shift Ability to work OT per business demand Able to stand for 8-10 hour shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Legally authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities Prepare materials for painting Paint materials and component parts Inspection of finished materials for Quality Control Why This Role?
