Aerospace Full-Time | On-Site About AMFUEL AMFUEL, a DART Aerospace company, is a leading manufacturer of fuel containment systems supporting commercial and defense aerospace programs worldwide. Our products are used in mission-critical applications where quality, precision, and safety are essential. We are currently seeking a Form Builder to join our manufacturing team in Magnolia, Arkansas. Position Summary The Form Builder is responsible for constructing precision manufacturing forms and tooling used in the production of aerospace fuel cells. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow patterns and specifications, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The successful candidate will work with cardboard components, templates, plaster materials, and assembly fixtures to build and prepare production forms that meet engineering and manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities Material Preparation Create cardboard components using approved patterns and templates. Cut, score, and prepare materials according to manufacturing specifications. Cast plaster components when required. Organize and prepare materials for assembly operations. Form Assembly Identify and select the appropriate form jigs and fixtures. Install walls and structural components into form jigs. Install plaster components when required. Assemble internal horizontal and vertical bracing. Complete final assembly and closure of form structures. Drill or punch holes as specified by tooling and templates. Finishing & Quality Apply plaster, tape, and other finishing materials as required. Mark, label, and identify forms according to specifications. Create recesses for fitting locations. Install pegs, bosses, and other positioning components. Verify location, alignment, and rotation using production fittings and templates. Ensure completed forms meet quality standards before release to production. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. Ability to read and follow written instructions and manufacturing documentation. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Ability to achieve and maintain production and quality standards. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience. Experience working with templates, patterns, or technical drawings. Aerospace, industrial manufacturing, woodworking, fabrication, or tooling experience. Physical Requirements Frequent use of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday. Manual dexterity for handling production materials and tools. Ability to occasionally move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment This position is located within a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary depending on seasonal conditions.
