Shift:
Monday - Friday, 5:00am To 1:30pm (Occasional Overtime) $18+/Hour (Depending On Experience) Job Details We are a staffing agency partnering with our client to hire a dependable and motivated Bobst Die Cutter Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Bobst Die Cutter Operator role is essential to the production of high-quality corrugated containers and offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Operate and assist with Bobst die cutting and other manufacturing equipment to produce corrugated containers Follow all production instructions, processes, and safety guidelines Perform repetitive tasks such as stacking, sorting, and labeling finished products Monitor machine operations using digital controls and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, including picking up materials, scraps, and debris around workstations Use basic hand and power tools as required for machine operation and maintenance Read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations related to production specifications Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Ability to work 1st shift with flexibility for overtime as required Reliable transportation and strong attendance record are essential Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision after training Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and kneel throughout the shift Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations Prior manufacturing or box machine experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
