You'll be the one owning the daily hustle. Do you have what it takes?
Oversee general production activities of temporary staff during shifts.
Attendance management, project area setup, and hands-on training in safety, quality, and productivity.
Maintain clear communication with other team leads regarding staffing and concerns.
Actively participate on the production line by operating packaging equipment, supporting changeovers, and ensuring CILs and centerlines are followed.
Evaluating team dynamics while providing constructive feedback to support employee development.
