Shop Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a sign shop production helper to assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of signs, banners, and vinyl graphics. We are looking for someone with positive and friendly energy to be a part of what we are doing. This position will be an assistant to production and installation, as need. Key duties include operating production equipment like laminators and vinyl cutters, preparing materials, conducting quality checks, operating a computer and having a positive attitude. Duties Prep substrates, operate vinyl plotters/printers/laminators, and assist with fabricating metal, plastic, or vinyl signs. Assemble, weed vinyl, laminate, mount graphics to substrates, and trim finished signs. Help installers on-site, including measuring, aligning, and mounting signage and vinyl graphics to various surfaces. Prepare and install vinyl graphics to various surfaces such as windows, walls, and vehicles. Organize and prepare orders for installation or shipping. Experience No previous sign shop experience is required, but is a plus. Artistic is a must. Experience measuring, cutting and drilling is required. Must possess basic hand tools and power tools experience. Must be a detail oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
