This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working with our dry-cast precast concrete products. Responsibilities Mix concrete batches to spec Tamping and forming in wood molds Detail work: patching, finishing, quality checks Unloading, staging, and preparing product for curing Forklift operation (experience preferred) General woodworking and shop work Physical labor: lifting, moving materials, repetitive tasks Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail Ability to follow production processes Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
