Job Description

Job Overview •Must be proficient & able to pass an NR-232 Flux Core weld test•We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Welder / Ironworker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding, and installing structural steel and iron components on various construction sites. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, durability, and precision of large-scale projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure and building projects, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Duties Minimum 2 years experience welding with NR-232 Innershield wire Must be able to pass a weld test Structural steel erection experience preferred Experience reading blueprints and welding symbols Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work safely in the field at heights OSHA 10 preferred AWS certifications are a plus Requirements Proven construction site experience with a strong background in welding, or ironworking Proficiency in
MIG, TIG, FCAW
welding processes; Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting heavy steel components safely using cranes or forklifts Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication practices Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations in fabrication tasks Experience operating power tools such as plasma cutters, press brake machines, hand tools, soldering equipment, and machining tools Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required on construction sites Strong understanding of safety procedures related to welding, rigging, scaffolding, and site operations Join our team if you're ready to bring your expertise in structural welding and ironworking into challenging projects that make a lasting impact!
