In this role you will ensure the timely production of closures and caps while meeting quality, hygiene, ISO, GMP, storage, and security standards to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Operate, start, and stop presses, labeling lines, and related equipment Run and perform basic troubleshooting and respond to downtime issues with machines Supervise and perform packaging of caps, including boxing, labeling, palletizing, and wrapping Visually inspect caps to identify defects and quality issues Report defects, discrepancies, and issues to supervisors Communicate effectively during shift handovers

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months work history in a manufacturing role Take proactive action and make quick decisions in a fast-paced production environment Must be able to read and write

English Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and stack boxes of 30 pounds Must be able to stand, squat, twist, bend consistently throughout the shift Steel toed boots required

Shift:

M-F 2nd: 3pm - 11pm

Pay:

$19/HR $1 shift differential from 7pm to 11pm Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
