Production Operator About Us:
Advanced Powder Dynamics is an innovative company utilizing cutting-edge particle engineering and spray drying technologies to produce superior powders. We provide turnkey solutions from concept to implementation. Our technology and experience set us apart from traditional spray drying companies. We process human and animal foods including high sugar products, flavorants and additives, dietary supplements, proteins, minerals, polymers and chemicals. We consider ourselves an extension to our customers' research, development, and manufacturing teams. We are a growing company, focused on innovative manufacturing of high-quality products in several sectors. We are therefore looking for a hardworking and organized Production Operator. The APD Production Operator ensures accurate and timely recording of all tolling operations. This role supports all high volume production.Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment. Record production data and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area Organize and instruct work group Any other duties assigned by management Follow Instructions Mixing liquids and powders into multi-ingredient batches, monitoring and sampling in accordance with SOPs. Ensure all settings and configuration changes, and key data points are captured on the run report. Troubleshooting dryer processes (work closely with Supervisors in troubleshooting problems). Comply with daily quality and safety checks required within the company. Comply with GMP grade requirements, PPE and sanitation. Such as PPE, sanitation, cleaning, and process configurations. Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Weigh/measure materials, ingredients and products to ensure conformance to internal/external requirements.Required experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications. Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential financial information. Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem solving skills Strong positive mental attitude Working Conditions Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and powdered materials. Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.What We Offer:
