Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Fiberglass/Plastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic and fast placed manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production process of fiberglass and plastic components, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. You will work closely with skilled technicians and operators to assist in fabrication, assembly, and materials handling, contributing to the creation of high-quality products used across the motorcycle industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in plastics and fiberglass parts manufacturing while supporting a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass and plastic parts using hand tools, fabrication equipment, and assuring all work been specifications. Support plastics injection molding by preparing materials and setting up machinery under supervision Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and production areas to promote a safe working environment Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
Experience:
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Must have a growth mindset and be willing to learn. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for quality control and setup procedures Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication equipment like hand tools is preferred

From $20.00 per hour
