SHIFT AVAILABLE

Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm; OT as needed (training Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm) Our full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and much more Key Responsibilities for Production Support include: Sort and package materials and products manually Perform visual quality control checks including package counts, package durability, and package image Support the verification process of finished goods for our customers Folding & taping boxes, applying labels, and stacking boxes on pallets according to direction. Other duties and functions may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

Ability to work closely with teams/departments to create an environment that supports the workflow. Ability to engage in areas of continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives in finishing. Ability to work safely, abide by and promote established safety policies and procedures. Identify and follow up on unsafe conditions. Ability to manage time effectively on multiple long and short-term projects simultaneously, meeting all related deadlines. Ability to endure long periods of standing, which also involves movement in and around the work area and machines required. Solid math, reading, and writing skills and the ability to tactfully communicate to customers and employees of all levels. Good interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people.

Education, Skills and Experience:

High School degree or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a converting environment is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Computer skills and knowledge required. Good motor skills, dexterity mechanical, and analytical skills are a plus.
