Versatile Support, Unlimited Potential Copper State Bolt & Nut Co is seeking a Production Utility worker who will be a versatile member of our manufacturing team, responsible for various tasks to support production operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing, with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Grinding:
Perform grinding tasks to smooth and finish parts as required.
Chamfering:
Apply chamfers to parts to prepare them for the next stages of production.
Thread Protectors:
Install thread protectors on finished parts to ensure they remain undamaged.
Cleaning Parts:
Clean parts to remove debris, oil, and other contaminants to maintain high-quality standards.
Packing:
Prepare parts for shipment by packing them according to company guidelines and ensuring they are secure for transport.
General Support:
Assist in various other tasks as needed to support the production team and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy objects. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Shift:
M-F, 6am - 2:30pm
