General Production Worker - Entry Level

Hello! We are currently hiring for Entry Level Operators here in Queen Creek, AZ! Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for transferring, stocking, loading, and unloading materials for the production lines. The materials you'll handle include diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, and generant. You may also be required to check, correct, or perform rework of inflators and carry out quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks and visual inspections as needed. Pay and Shifts 2nd shift: 2 pm

• 10:30 pm (10 % differential = $18.70/hour) 3rd shift: 10 pm
• 6:30 am (15% differential = $19.55/hour) Must be able to work any day of the week. Rotating schedule 6 days on 2 days off. must be able to work weekends. Lifetime BG check
• no felonies Must own or be able to obtain a pair of steel toed shoes Responsibilities Transfer, stock, load, and unload materials for production lines.

Handle a variety of materials, such as diffusers, holders, and retainers. Check, correct, or perform rework of inflators. Perform quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks. Conduct visual inspections as required. Essential Skills Previous experience in manufacturing. Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day, as there are no sitting work areas. Comfortable dealing with explosives. Tech-savvy with experience using automated equipment. Ability to lift, push, or pull 40 lbs regularly. Why Work Here? Work shifts include:

2nd shift (2 PM

• 10:30 PM), and 3rd shift (10 PM
• 6:30 AM).

The first day will be from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, after which you will commence your designated shift. Be prepared to work 6-7 days per week, with a rotating schedule that includes 6 days on and 2 consecutive days off. Regular work schedules are Monday to Friday, but weekend work may be required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
