Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Printed Circuit Board Assembler/Solderer (PCBA) Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assembled electronic components. Your expertise will ensure the production of reliable, high-quality electronic assemblies that meet strict industry standards. Responsibilities Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components according to schematics and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measuring instruments to accurately position and solder components Follow IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality and workmanship Interpret schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to ensure precise construction of PCBs Perform soldering tasks with accuracy, ensuring proper connections and minimal defects Conduct visual inspections and functional tests on assembled PCBs to verify quality and functionality Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and quality checks Qualifications Proven experience with PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques Strong mechanical knowledge related to electronic components and assembly processes Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies Ability to read schematics and electrical wiring diagrams accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices Electrical experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus Knowledge of machining or mechanical assembly processes is advantageous Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in manufacturing environments Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards Join us at OneMonroe where your skills will help produce high-quality electronic solutions that power industries worldwide.
