This hands-on position supports metal component processing through cleaning, deburring, bending, pressing, machining support, and other production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing. Training is provided for motivated candidates with strong work ethic and attention to detail. What You'll Do Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment used in metal processing (cleaning, deburring, bending, pressing, basic machining) Load and secure metal parts onto machines or worktables using hand tools and fixtures Remove completed parts and stage for next process Follow written and verbal work instructions and production standards Maintain clean and safe work areas Wear required safety equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and safety guidelines Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Previous hands-on, warehouse, fabrication, machine operator or production experience is a plus but not required Why This Role Is a Great Fit Gain experience in aerospace manufacturing Stable work environment with a strong focus on safety Opportunity to grow skills and advance within production roles
