Production Worker PVD Coating

Titanium Coating Services is hiring a motivated, mechanically inclined Production Worker to join our PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating team in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate and maintain vacuum coating equipment, prep parts, and ensure quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Load and unload parts into PVD coating chambers Clean, prep, and fixture components for processing Inspect parts for quality and coating consistency Monitor equipment gauges and operational settings Follow all safety protocols in the production environment Maintain accurate production logs and process records Qualifications Prior PVD or thin-film coating experience preferred Familiarity with vacuum or deposition equipment a plus Ability to read work orders and technical specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality No PVD experience? We will train the right person. Candidates with a background in machine shop operations, CNC, precision manufacturing, or general mechanical work are strongly encouraged to apply.
