Location Tucson, AZ (Onsite Monday-Friday) Department Fabrication / Production Reports To Senior Director of Operations / Production Lead Travel Requirement Minimal travel (<10%) as needed. Position Summary AI Capital is seeking a CAD & Production Design Specialist to support fabrication and production operations through 2D/3D CAD drawings, layouts, and production documentation. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain 2D and 3D production drawings Develop coach and trailer layouts Support electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layout coordination Assist with production documentation and revision control Qualifications 2+ years CAD drafting or production design experience Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar software Understanding of fabrication and production environments preferred Preferred Experience RV manufacturing Trailer fabrication Production drafting environments Key Skills & Attributes Organized and detail-oriented Production-minded problem solver Strong communication skills Process-focused mindset Growth Opportunity This role is intended to grow alongside the fabrication and production operation and may expand into broader leadership or advanced production responsibilities as operations continue scaling.
