Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Production Operator - Temp to Hire.

Pay:

$20/hr

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 5:00am-1:30pm

Aliso Viejo, CA Job Overview:

Hands-on production role supporting manufacturing operations. Operate equipment, perform cleaning and assembly tasks, package materials, and complete basic documentation while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Requirements:

Manufacturing, medical device, or warehouse experience preferred Able to lift up to 25 lbs overhead Comfortable working with machinery, cleaning, and measuring tools Read, write, and speak English Reliable transportation Team-oriented and detail-focused

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years related experience a plus
