Open Shifts & Hours:

1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm) 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) 3rd Shift (10:00pm-6:30am) Drill Operator 1st and 3rd shift Run multiple CNC drilling machines to produce precision holes in PCB panels—setup, load programs, align panels, inspect work, and keep equipment running smoothly. Requires 1+ year PCB experience, machine troubleshooting ability, and comfort with extended standing/sitting and light lifting. Final Inspector 2nd shift Inspect printed circuit boards using drawings, travelers, and magnification to ensure they meet strict customer and industry standards. Requires 3+ years PCB inspection, Flex-Rigid experience, rework skills, and strong documentation accuracy. Lab Technician 1st shift Prepare and evaluate microsections for in-process and final quality checks, including sample prep, thermal stress testing, cross-section evaluation, reporting, and traceability. Requires 3+ years PCB experience, microsection/chemical analysis skills, and strong focus and organization.

Starting pay rate:
