This role is responsible for assisting with production workflow, monitoring schedules, expediting materials and components, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Monitor and expedite production orders to ensure on-time completion and delivery. Resolve production holds involving raw materials, tooling, gages and engineering design to prevent shortages and production delays. Review and distribute orders to the appropriate departments. Locate and modify released orders on the shop floor to balance workload as directed. Review work orders, travelers, blueprints, and production schedules for accuracy and completeness. Communicate production status, schedule updates, ETAs, and potential delays to internal parties. Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, shipping, and inventory teams to maintain efficient workflow. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Strong attention to detail. Experience providing production timelines, order tracking, and customer ETAs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing facility. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in a production and warehouse environment.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
