Onsite Position Summary:
Performs routine procedures following written work instructions to complete manufacturing processes. Operates production equipment. Maintains documentation on manufacturing processes to comply with organization and regulatory standards. Maintains clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.
Background & Context:
Role supports manufacturing operations for The Organization following SOPs and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsible for plant Sifting operations to ensure maximum quality and quantity in accordance with the company's operation objectives while maintaining a safe environment. Read batch card, work orders, recipes, or formulas in order to operate sifting equipment per specifications. May draw sample of product for laboratory analysis. Listen for malfunction alarms, and shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary. Record production and data, such as processing steps, product characteristics, batches processed, etc. Follow all Company Safety Policies. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Qualification & Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. GMP Understanding. Skills in Cleaning/Sanitation. Machine Operation.
