Full Job Description Production Line Lead Location:

Azusa, CA Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, (occasional weekends as needed)

1 Join Our Team at Westwood Laboratories! We're a fast-growing, family-style manufacturer that's been making top-quality health and beauty products since 1948. We're looking for a hardworking, dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Line Lead who can help keep our lines running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support your production line team (fillers, packers, etc.) Make sure daily production goals are met safely and on time Keep track of batch and production paperwork Communicate with other departments when there are delays or issues Help train and motivate your team to do their best work Keep the line clean, organized, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting Experience in contract manufacturing (especially in health, beauty, or personal care products) is highly preferred Able to read, write, and count basic numbers accurately Bilingual (English/Spanish) — doesn't need to be perfect, just clear enough for work communication Strong leadership and teamwork skills Reliable, hardworking, and ready to get things done
