We are hiring for a high-quality architectural metal manufacturing shop seeking a dependable and motivated Production Shop Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with metal fabrication experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow in a professional manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Polish and finish architectural metal components Safely move and organize sheet metal throughout the shop Operate and assist with fabrication machinery and equipment Train on cutting equipment and production processes Assist with general shop duties to maintain an efficient workflow Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines
Shift:
Monday - Friday 8AM- 5
PM Pay:
18/hr Qualifications Previous metal fabrication experience is required Experience operating shop machinery and manufacturing equipment Ability to safely lift and move sheet metal materials Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn additional equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What We Offer Starting pay of $17.00 per hour Full-time, stable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Hands-on training with opportunities to expand your fabrication skills Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company If you have metal fabrication experience, are comfortable working with shop machinery, and are looking for a stable full-time position, we'd like to hear from you.
