Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

Machine Setup:

Configure and set up the ZSK Sprint and Racer 6W embroidery machine, including selecting the appropriate hoops, frames, and thread colors.

Order Loading:

Accurately load garments onto the machine's hoops or frames, ensuring precise alignment for consistent embroidery.

Machine Operation:

Operate the embroidery machine efficiently, monitoring its performance, making real-time adjustments, and ensuring seamless production runs.

Quality Control:

Conduct meticulous quality checks on embroidered garments, verifying design placement, thread tension, and color accuracy, and making adjustments or repairs as needed.

Thread Management:

Manage the embroidery thread supply, proactively replacing spools to prevent disruptions in production.

Production Scheduling:

Adhere to production schedules and prioritize orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.

Machine Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on the embroidery machine, including cleaning, oiling, and reporting technical issues to the maintenance department.

Packing and Shipping:

Skillfully pack completed orders, fold and tag garments, and ensure proper packaging for direct shipment to customers.

Inventory Control:

Maintain an organized inventory of embroidery supplies and promptly notify the supervisor when reordering is necessary.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area, ensuring a safe and productive workspace.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Embroidery Expertise:

Proficiency in operating the ZSK Sprint and Racer 6W embroidery machine, with knowledge of various embroidery techniques and color management.

Quality Control:

Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and address quality issues during production.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and the capacity to handle minor technical issues.

Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills for order tracking and machine parameter adjustments.

Communication:

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to report issues, collaborate with the team, and follow instructions.

Organization:

Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work area and oversee inventory.

Physical Stamina:

Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, lift and move garments, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Compensation:

• Benefits (Dental, Health, Vision and Life Insurance) offered after 30 days of employment following first of the month.
• Rate increase opportunity upon successful completion of 90-Day Introductory Period.
