Cutter Operator

Our client specializes in complex, end-to-end manufacturing for major brands-ranging from intricate packaging design to large-format digital displays and global fulfillment. We are seeking a Skilled Cutter Operator to join a high-performing Bindery Department. $25 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Precision Finishing:

Set up and operate large-scale industrial paper cutters to produce high-quality print products, ensuring all jobs meet strict customer specifications and deadlines.

Technical Maintenance:

Perform routine daily, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance to ensure machinery remains in peak operational condition.

Documentation:

Utilize internal MIS (Management Information Systems) to track data, maintain accurate production logs, and ensure workflow transparency.

Quality Control:

Adhere to rigorous ISO-certified quality standards, completing necessary checklists and following standardized work instructions for every project.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Production Manager and cross-shift team members to communicate job specifics and ensure seamless hand-offs.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience operating industrial paper cutters (Polar, Saber, or similar computerized systems) within a commercial print environment.
