Production Associate

Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate prepares, produces, and packages blended raw materials for customers in a regulated clean room environment. This role follows strict cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures while working with amino acids, vitamins, and fine chemicals to ensure consistent, high-quality products. Responsibilities Prepare raw materials according to established formulas and production instructions. Operate production equipment to blend, mix, and process amino acids, vitamins, and fine chemicals. Package finished products accurately and safely, following all labeling and documentation requirements. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of machines, tools, and measuring equipment after each use. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines. Follow all safety procedures, including the use of respirators and personal protective equipment when mixing products. Handle materials safely, including consistently lifting 50-70 lbs as needed for production tasks. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report any issues or deviations to leadership. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Work Environment This role is based in a clean room production environment that follows strict GMP/GLP guidelines. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.79 - $22.79/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
