Feeder / Assistant Pressman Manroland 40" 5 Color + Coater

Seeking an experienced Press Feeder / Assistant Press Operator to support our Manroland 40" 5 color press with coater in a fast-paced, trade-only, gang-run production environment. This role will primarily focus on feeding, press support, and keeping production moving efficiently, but the right candidate should also understand how to run the press and be capable of stepping in when needed. We're looking for someone reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working as a key part of the press crew. Responsibilities Primarily feed and support operation of our Manroland 40" 5 color press with coater Assist the lead press operator with make-readies, plate changes, wash-ups, and job changeovers Help maintain consistent sheet flow, quality, and production speed throughout the run Monitor print quality, registration, and general press performance during production Support troubleshooting of press and mechanical issues to help reduce downtime Assist with basic repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance Keep the press supplied with stock, coatings, and other production needs Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized press area Step in to help run the press when needed Requirements Gang-run or high-volume commercial print experience is a strong plus Experience feeding sheetfed offset presses in a commercial print environment Working knowledge and experience of 40" sheetfed press operation; Manroland experience strongly preferred Flexible with work hours.
