Contract Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm HB Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!
Position Requirements:
Strong ability to learn, understand, and apply new skills and training effectively. Ability to assess and improve processes, procedures, and quality standards. Consistently upholds the core values outlined in the employee handbook. Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to a supportive work environment. Open to learning, adapting, and working collaboratively within a team. Commitment to demonstrating and maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions. Team-oriented with a focus on contributing to group success. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. Adheres to company processes and procedures to ensure consistent performance. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address challenges efficiently.
