Duties Operate various hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to assemble products accurately and efficiently Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to move materials safely within the manufacturing facility Conduct routine inspections of machinery and assembly processes to maintain quality standards Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklift or other mechanical equipment Follow safety protocols diligently while working on mechanical tasks or handling heavy components Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancements Maintain clean and organized workstations to promote a safe working environment Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a strong understanding of assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools required for assembly tasks Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a warehouse or manufacturing setting Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance standards Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to manufacturing environments Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help shape innovative products!
