This position is responsible for packaging products accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Package products according to company specifications and customer requirements. Inspect products for quality and remove defective items from the production line. Label, sort, stack, and prepare products for shipment. Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Assist with palletizing and moving finished products as needed. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 10-30 pounds. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
