• Full-time We are in search for an incredible Production Assistant to join our fast growing company.

Production Assistant role is an entry level position with a lot of potential for growth. !!!This is NOT a film related production position!!! We are looking for someone who has the go-getter attitude and a will to go above and beyond to accomplish the tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sample management: Request samples from vendor and ensure due dates are met. Track, monitor and manage sample receivers, and facilitate to send samples out to buyers timely. Support the team with administrative tasks, included but not limited to style creations in AM; issue POs; receiving inventory in AM; etc. Ensure accuracy of the on order and make updates as needed in a timely manner. Communicate with internal teams if there is any change to the confirmed orders. Monitoring all trackers and WIPs from overseas offices to ensure high level of accuracy Facilitate timely approval of all production related submits to support on-time deliveries Assist in sourcing/ product development details

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

AA or BA in Product Development, Apparel Production, or related apparel fields required. 1-2 year of experience in supporting PD/production/manufacturing/sourcing work Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize workload and work independently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Analytical with high degree of accuracy Proactive with strong follow-up skills Resourceful problem solver Previous knowledge or experience with Apparel Magic is a plus Must be proficient with MS Office applications
