Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and assembly of batches according to specified procedures and safety standards Support materials handling activities, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished products Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move inventory within the facility Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations during all production activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality standards Support packaging processes by preparing containers, labels, and ensuring proper documentation Skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality and safety standards Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required Laboratory experience is a plus for understanding quality control procedures Familiarity with packaging processes and materials handling techniques Basic machining skills or experience working with machinery is advantageous Warehouse experience that demonstrates organizational skills and efficiency This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a thriving manufacturing operation.
